Dozens of providers offer the same weight loss injections at wildly different prices โ because what comes with them varies enormously. We compare what's actually included.
We're not affiliated with any provider. We don't take commission. We just compare.
The right provider isn't necessarily the cheapest one. It's the one whose service fits how you want to be supported. Here's how to find it.
Filter by Mounjaro, Wegovy, or Saxenda โ or browse all providers. Which injection is right for you is a conversation for your clinician, not us.
We break down every provider's service: clinical oversight, check-in frequency, prescribing process, side-effect support, and the real all-in price.
Some people need a comprehensive programme. Others want a straightforward medication-only service. Neither is wrong. Only you know which is right.
Use our comparison to have a more informed conversation with your GP โ and to choose a provider that genuinely suits your life, not just your inbox.
Prices shown are typical monthly costs. Always verify directly with the provider.
Full clinical programme with a named prescriber, weekly check-ins, and a team that actually answers the phone. The most supported option on our list โ which is reflected in the price.
A solid middle ground. Pharmacist-led prescribing with fortnightly video check-ins. Good clinical oversight without the premium price tag of a full GP programme.
Online questionnaire, prescription if eligible, medication delivered to your door. No frills, no check-ins, no clinical support once prescribed. Fine if you're comfortable managing independently.
The closest thing to private GP care in this space. Dedicated prescribing doctor, monthly face-to-face or video consultations, and a lifestyle coach included. For people who want the lot.

A few things worth knowing about how this site works โ and what it's not trying to do.
Every provider on this site is assessed on the same criteria. No one pays to appear higher. No one pays to appear at all. If a provider is available in the UK and offers a licensed service, they're eligible to be listed.
That's a clinical decision. It depends on your health history, your GP's assessment, and factors we're not qualified to weigh in on. We compare providers โ not medications.
We independently verify what each provider charges โ including consultations, delivery, and any fees that aren't in the headline. What you see is what you'd actually pay.
We are not affiliated with any provider listed on this site. We don't receive referral fees. Our revenue comes from advertising, clearly labelled. It doesn't affect our rankings.
A comprehensive service typically includes regular check-ins with a clinician, ongoing monitoring, a support line you can actually reach, and someone reviewing your dose as you progress. You're paying for clinical oversight throughout.
A medication-only service involves an online assessment to confirm eligibility, then medication posted to you. There's usually no ongoing clinical contact unless you specifically request it โ and sometimes not even then.
Neither is automatically better. If you're comfortable managing independently and don't expect complications, medication-only is a reasonable and significantly cheaper option. If you want support, clinical reassurance, or just someone to call โ a comprehensive service is worth the extra cost.
You can express a preference โ but the prescribing clinician has the final say. Whether a particular medication is right for you depends on your health history, existing conditions, other medications, and a clinical assessment we're not in a position to do.
What you can do is use our comparison to find a provider that offers the treatment you're interested in discussing with your GP.
Every provider we list is CQC-registered (where applicable), operates under a UK-licensed prescribing structure, and dispenses from a GPhC-registered pharmacy. We check this before listing anyone and re-verify quarterly.
That said, legitimate doesn't mean identical. Two CQC-registered providers can offer very different levels of clinical support. That's precisely what we compare.
Because providers are pricing their service, not just the medication. The cost of a weekly nurse check-in, a GP consultation, a clinical support line, and an ongoing monitoring programme all gets factored in.
A provider charging ยฃ149/month is likely offering medication-only. A provider charging ยฃ289/month is likely wrapping a full clinical programme around the same drug. Our comparison table shows you exactly what each price actually gets you.
No. Providers cannot pay to be listed or to appear higher in results. Our rankings are based on our own assessment criteria โ price, service level, clinical oversight, patient reviews, and transparency of terms.
We do run advertising, which is clearly labelled and does not influence provider rankings. If that ever changes, we'll say so prominently.
Absolutely. If you're already on a treatment and want to switch provider โ or just check whether you're getting a good deal โ this is exactly what the site is for. Many people start with one provider and move to a different one once they understand what else is available.
Always make sure your new provider has a full picture of your prescribing history before starting with them.
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a clear look at what each provider actually offers โ so you can make a decision you feel good about.
